RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We do our best to get you products that work for you, and for whatever reason, they don’t work out sometimes. Our return policy varies by product. Some have them, some don’t.  Each product page will state the specific return policy.  If an item can be returned, it must be in clean and like new condition.   For products that arrived damaged during shipment, claims will need to be made with the shipper.  For items that have manufacturers defects, replacement parts or manufacturer’s warranty will be applied at the manufacturers discretion.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email your order number, reason for return and condition of the product.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

RESTOCKING FEES

Depending on the item and its condition, restocking fees may apply.        

WARRANTY

Warranty varies per product.  Most products are under manufacturers warranty. No products will be warrantied with misuse or misapplication.  Warranty information provided for each product based on request.
